Will Dennard and Jack Southan have been on the Brighton scene for years as founders of street food brand Wolfsmouth and the kitchen concept at the Paradiso Social. Med is their first grassroots restaurant, which you’ll find tucked down a side street in the heart of the Lanes.

Modern European sharing plates with a playful twist are the order of the day, along with a relaxed vibe and great music. Dishes move with the seasons – so the freshest produce will always make an appearance, both on your plates and in the ever-changing seasonal cocktails.  

Wine lovers will enjoy the extensive and carefully curated wine list, which offers more than 60 bottles, including some beautiful natural and low intervention wines and plenty of by-the-glass options. 

Med is currently ranked 11th in the Brighton’s Best Restaurants Top 30 list, and is proud to feature in the Good Food Guide, which describes it as “freewheeling modern grazing … with a kitchen following the seasons and displaying good instincts and creativity.”
